yo compre una tablet 7" de 1GHz de 4GB ..RCT6077W2
Y lo hice confiada de que RCA para mi es una marca muy seria y responsable y NO ..hace 3 meses el 5 de abril y hace ya 15 dias que se boto la tapa y una bolsita que trae por dentro que yo supongo que es la pila se hincho completamente...mi pregunta es NO me la pueden reponer o dar otra..si bien es cierto no compre la aseguranza porque pense que la marca no lo ameritaba...le agradezco su respuesta...la compra la hice en Walmart en 1260 est tucson marketplace b en tuc az. 85713 la serie JA171DL4B9241....

This is an RCA brand 7" tablet of low cost, so don't expect superior performance from it. I am guessing from your question which I didn't understand exactly is a bad battery and when you bought the unit it was without any warranty from Walmart. If that is the problem it may just need a new battery; however, it may be that there is a malfunction of the unit which is causing a high drain on the battery which causes the battery to discharge too long and charge up excessively when on charge. Or, you might have used Mexico power of 220v for charging which caused the battery problem.
Unfortunately, the repair or even replacement of the battery pack for this unit may be more costly than just buying another low cost unit. There are many models of this category that are as low as USD$39.99 and up.

Por desgracia, la reparaci髇 o incluso la sustituci髇 de la bater韆 de esta unidad pueden ser m醩 costoso que comprar otra unidad de bajo costo. Hay muchos modelos de esta categor韆 que est醤 en el m韓imo USD $ 39.99 en adelante.
